A student who has taken the 9th/11th class examination and obtain more than 33% marks or less and want to appear in 9th/11th class examination again, candidate can do so?

No school/college will be allowed to downgrade those students who acquired less than 33 % marks in Part-I (9th class/11th) examination. However, the candidates obtaining more than 33% marks or less than 33% marks in subject(s) can acquire re-admission in Part-I (9th class/11th) within 15 days after announcement of result either in same group/combination or any changed group/combination. Such students can get re-admission after depositing re-admission fee either in the same institution or in any other institution Providing that admission should be within the schedule issued by the related Board. Though, the pass candidate will acquire re-admission after getting cancellation of his/her result from the Board submitting an undertaking on stamp paper that he / she never attended 10th class examination. He/she will not be authorized for the position at any stage. Position will be the right of those candidates who got admission first time in the institution. Besides re-admission chance will be given only ‘one time’ in his /her academic session.

If a Private student who attended Part-I (9th Class/11th) Examination and got less than 33 % marks in any subject(s) or remained absent

If a Private student who attended Part-I (9th Class/11th) Examination and got less than 33 % marks in any subject(s) or remained absent in that part, will be permitted to re-appear in Part-I(9th class/11th class) Examination in any group at any time provided he did not appear / absent in Part-II (10th Class/12th) Examination.

If a regular /private student who passed his Part-I (9th/11th Class) Examination and did not attended Part-II Examination

If a regular /private student who passed his Part-I (9th/11th Class) Examination and did not attended Part-II Examination beyond the period of two years such students will be permitted to re-appear in Part-I (9th/11th Class) Examinations as a private.

If a student of Part-I (9th/11th Class) could not attend the examination after the issuance of Roll Number Slip

If a student of Part-I (9th/11th Class) could not attend the examination after the issuance of Roll Number Slip, he will have to attend in both Parts, Part-I (9th/11th Class) & Part-II (10th/12th Class) examination.

A student who could not attend in the examination due to some necessary situations after submitting admission form & those students who want to improve their grades or marks

If a regular student attended Part-I (9th/11th Class) and cannot carry on his/her studies due to compulsory circumstances

If a regular student attended Part-I (9th/11th Class) and cannot carry on his/her studies due to compulsory circumstances, he/she can attend as private student in Part-II (10th/12th Class) examination if otherwise eligible.

In case of any problem (unavoidable condition), a student can apply for cancellation of any of his/her paper

In case of any problem (unavoidable condition), a student can apply for cancellation of any of his/her paper within 10 days after the termination of theory examination of Part-II. His/her result of Part-I and right to attend Part-II will remain intact, in this situation.
